Chiropractic care is an extremely effective therapy for the treatment of many causes of pain. However, if I don’t think I can help you I have a network of different professions that I can recommend you to.

From the elderly to the elite sportsperson chiropractic care can help you recover from injury. Any treatment is tailored to you to give you the best chance of getting pain free.

What is Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a manipulative based treatment that aims to restore the natural movement of joints and muscles that have been lost through injury, degenerative changes or poor posture.

The main techniques that are used at the clinic are spinal manipulation, soft tissue techniques and dry needling. Manipulation is what chiropractors specialise in, this is what we are great at and what separates us from every other therapy based specialist. It is what makes our treatment as effective as it is. The use of gentle manipulative skills allows the joints to move freely again getting you pain free. At the clinic we pride ourselves on our treatment skills and keep up to date with the latest techniques by attending courses throughout the year.

What to expect at your first appointment

A thorough history will be taken followed by a thorough examination. This will allow an accurate diagnosis to be achieved and a treatment plan will be decided upon before treatment begins. Where possible and as long as no further testing is required treatment will begin on the first appointment.

All of our chiropractors are registered with the General chiropractic council and the British Chiropractic Association.
